Days 24 & 25

Yesterday was a pretty good day... no stress, I took a PTO day away from work & I got to relax. My hubby & I spent the day at my daughter Amber's house playing with my grandbaby Lucy :-) He made a healthy dinner over there and we hung out. It was a nice day.

Today was a little bit different. I didn't have to work it was my normal day off. I went to weigh in and again and still have lost nothing I weigh the same thing I did a week & 1/2 ago! Very frustrating! My husband is contemplating weight-loss surgery so we had a mandatory orientation we had to go to this afternoon, and always seemed like after something like that I feel like I haven't eaten in days

I'm sure it's all psychological but he and I were both so hungry it was ridiculous. It would've been so easy to go to fast food or go to some nice restaurant b/c the hotel where thre orientation was at was near several great restaurants in the Anaheim Resort area near Disneyland. I told my hubby that I was really struggling at that moment and all I wanted to do was go eat.

Unfortunately he was feeling the same way. But, cooler heads prevailed and we went home instead and I ate a Weight Watchers SmartOne and had a small salad. I really wanted something different & it would've been really easy to do that tonight because I was already bummed out about the way in again, and let the deep into the pity party.

Anyway, I was good even though I didn't really want to be good. I feel frustrated and disappointed right now. I know I'm trying to be positive, but I'm allowed to feel crappy for a little while anyway. I'll get over it I always do.

Breakfast:
2 breakfast burritos & coffee
ingredients:
--Scrambled Egg, 1.75 large
--Flour Tortillas, 2 tortilla, medium (approx 6in. dia)
--Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 oz
--Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
--Cream substitute, Coffee-mate fat free, 3 tsp

Lunch:
Southern Oven Un-Fried Chicked, 1 serving
Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped or diced
Wishbone Italian Dressing, 2 tbsp

Dinner:
Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
Cream substitute, Coffee-mate fat free, 3 tsp
MultiGrain Cheerios Cereal, 0.5 cup
Banana, fresh, 0.5 medium (7in. to 7-7/8in. long)

Water:
2 cups

banana and peanut butter breakfast burritos
ingredients:
-- Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 2 serving

--Banana, fresh, 0.5 medium (7in. to 7-7/8in. long)
--Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp
--Trader Joe's Organic Reduced Sugar Strawberry Preserves, 1 tbsp
Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Cream substitute, Coffee-mate fat free, 3 tsp

Lunch:
Tuna Salad Sandwich & an Orange
ingredients:
--Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.25 cup, shredded
--Onions, raw, 0.2 cup, chopped
--Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thin/small
--Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 2 slice
--Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp
--Chicken of the Sea Chunky Light Tuna in Water, 1 serving

Dinner:
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 6 oz
Wishbone Italian Dressing, 1 tbsp
Lettuce, leaf salad, 2 cup, shredded
Weight Watchers Smart Ones Broccoli and Cheddar Roasted Potatoes, 1 serving

Snack:
Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Cream substitute, Coffee-mate fat free, 3 tsp

Water:
2 cups

DEAR RENEE, SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU GOT TO GO VISIT LUCY, AND YOU GOT TO SPEND 2 DAYS OFF WITH ART, LIFE IS ABOUT A LOT OF THINGS, I KNOW WEIGHT LOSS IS YOUR FOCUS RIGHT NOW, BUT GOOD THAT YOU, ARE DOING OTHER THINGS ALSO. TRY NOT TO BE SO UPSET ABOUT YOUR WEIGH-IN, YOU HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO, AND YOU HAVE ONLY BEEN AT THIS FOR 3 1/2 WEEKS, AND YOU HAVE LOST 11 POUNDS, THAT'S GOOD, AND YOU WILL LOSE MORE SOON, JUST HANG IN THERE!!!
