Food Journal:

Breakfast:
Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
MultiGrain Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Banana, fresh, 0.5 large (8in. to 8-7/8in. long)

Lunch:
egg salad sandwich w/ an Oranges
ingredients:
--Egg, fresh, 1 large
--Spinach, fresh, 0.25 cup
--Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thick/large (1/2in. thick)
--Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 slice, thin/small
--Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.5 tbsp
--Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 2 slice

Dinner:
a repeat of last nights dinner
spaghetti with with Turkey
a green salad & bread
ingredients:
--Tossed Salad, 1.5 cup
--Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing. 2 Tbsp, 0.5 serving
--Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 0.5 cup
--Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough), 1 slice, small (2in. x 2-1/2in. x 1-3/4in.)
-- Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 0.5 cup
--Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 3 oz

Snack:
fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding
w/ graham cracker crumbles at & slice bananas
Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla (powder), 2.5 tbsp
Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Water:
3 cups

Exercise:
