Day 18

It's been a good day again. I got in a couple of workouts last night and this morning ... I'm starting to feel more energy and just in general better. Another late night at work, so I had a late breakfast, too late for lunch & hubby once again brought me a healthy dinner on my lunch break (dinner break truly)

Food journal:

Breakfast:
Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
MultiGrain Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Cream substitute, Coffee-mate fat free, 4 tsp

Lunch:
n/a late breakfast

Dinner:
Turkey Meatloaf w/ 
1/2 small red baked potato &
Steamed Veggies
ingredients:
--Breadcrumbs, 0.25 serving
--Egg, fresh, 0.15 medium
--Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped
--Baked Potato, with skin, 0.65 small (1-3/4in. to 2-1/2in. dia.)
--Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4in. long, 3in. dia)
--Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
-- Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 3 serving

Snack:
Regular Coffee, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Almonds, 8 almond
Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla (powder), 2.5 tbsp

Water:
3 cups

Exercise:
30 minute Wii boxing workout (this morning)
